Abstract
NANOPARTÍCULA PARA PEPTÍDEOS ANTICÂNCER E USOS DOS MESMOS. É descrita uma nanopartícula compreendendo um ou mais peptídeos com uma sequência compreendendo o motivo GLLxLLxLLLxAAG, em que cada x é independentemente selecionado de arginina (R), histidina (H), lisina (K), ácido aspártico (D) ou ácido glutâmico (E). Também é descrita uma composição farmaceuticamente aceitável compreendendo a nanopartícula e um ou mais excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, para uso no tratamento de câncer. Além disso, é descrito um método de tratamento de câncer envolvendo a administração da composição farmaceuticamente aceitável a um paciente com câncer e um kit para tratar ou prevenir câncer compreendendo a composição farmaceuticamente aceitável.
