Abstract

DERIVADOS DE ISOTIOUREIA CÍCLICA COMO MODULADORES DE CXCR4. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula (I) e composições farmacêuticas contendo esses compostos. Os compostos de fórmula (I) podem atuar como moduladores do CXCR4 que alvejam especificamente o vaso menor do CXCR4, e também inibem a produção de citocinas inflamatórias nas células imunes, o que torna esses compostos altamente vantajosos para uso em terapia, particularmente no tratamento ou prevenção de um distúrbio inflamatório, um distúrbio autoimune, um distúrbio autoinflamatório ou uma interferonopatia, tal como, por exemplo, lúpus eritematoso sistêmico, dermatomiosite ou artrite reumatoide.
