Abstract
ÉSTERES DE ÁCIDO ASCÓRBICO ANTITUMORAIS. Apresenta a invenção que fornece um composto de fórmula (I), ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, ou um estereoisômero do mesmo ou mistura de estereoisômeros, em que n é um número inteiro de 0 a 10; R1 é um birradical selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em CH2, O, NH e S; e R2 é um radical (C3-C15)alquila. A presente invenção também fornece composições farmacêuticas compreendendo o composto de fórmula (I) e o referido composto e composições farmacêuticas para uso como medicamento, mais particularmente, para uso no tratamento ou prevenção de uma doença neoplásica, como câncer de pâncreas.
