Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA TRATAR UM CÂNCER, DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE UMA CARGA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO E PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO PARA TRATAR UM CÂNCER, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, PROTEÍNA DE LIGAÇÃO. São fornecidas composições e métodos de uso das mesmas para distribuir carga de ácido nucleico nas células. As composições incluem tipicamente (a) um anticorpo monoclonal 3E10 ou um fragmento de penetração celular de ligação ao antígeno; um fragmento variável de cadeia simples monovalente, divalente ou multivalente (scFv); ou um diacorpo; ou forma humanizada ou variante do mesmo, e (b) uma carga de ácido nucleico incluindo, por exemplo, um ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo, um ácido nucleico funcional, um ácido nucleico que codifica um ácido nucleico funcional ou uma combinação dos mesmos. Oe elementos (a) e (b) são tipicamente ligados de forma não covalente para formar um complexo.
