Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE MICROCÁPSULAS.A presente invenção fornece processo para a preparação de microcápsulas biodegradáveis, em particular microcápsulas biodegradáveis com base em proteína e/ou polissacarídeo, bem como dispersões de tais microcápsulas (pasta fluida da microcápsula) que confinam pelo menos um ingrediente ativo hidrofóbico. Além do mais, a presente invenção se refere a microcápsulas biodegradáveis obteníveis pelo processo de acordo com a invenção. Em um outro aspecto, a presente invenção se refere ao uso das microcápsulas e dispersões como um ingrediente em produtos ao consumidor.
