PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE MICROCÁPSULAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de microcápsulas biodegradáveis, em particular microcápsulas biodegradáveis à base de proteínas e/ou polissacarídeos, bem como dispersões dessas microcápsulas (pasta fluida de microcápsulas) que contêm pelo menos um ingrediente ativo hidrofóbico. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a microcápsulas biodegradáveis que podem ser obtidas pelo processo de acordo com a invenção. Em outro aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se ao uso de microcápsulas e dispersões como um ingrediente em produtos de consumo.
