Abstract
INIBIDORES DE MDM2 PARA USO NO TRATAMENTO OU PREVENÇÃO DE RECIDIVA DE NEOPLASMA HEMATOLÓGICO APÓS TRANSPLANTE DE CÉLULAS HEMATOPOIÉTICAS.A presente invenção refere-se a um inibidor de murino duplo minuto 2 (MDM2) para uso no tratamento e/ou prevenção de uma recidiva de neoplasma hematológico após transplante de células hematopoiéticas (HCT) em um paciente. Em modalidades, o neoplasma hematológico é uma leucemia, preferencialmente leucemia mieloide aguda (AML). Preferivelmente, o paciente recebeu um transplante de células T alogênicas, tanto juntamente com o HCT e/ou após HCT como no ponto de tempo da administração de MDM2. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica que compreende um inibidor de MDM2 e um inibidor de exportina 1 (XPO-1) para uso no tratamento e/ou prevenção de uma recidiva de neoplasma hematológico após transplante de células hematopoiéticas (HCT) em um paciente de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações precedentes.
