Abstract
PROTEÍNAS DE FUSÃO DE CITOCINA DUPLA COMPREENDENDO IL-10. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de proteína de fusão de citocina dupla, composição farmacêutica e/ou formulação da mesma compreendendo moléculas variantes de IL -10 ou IL -10 fundidas a um sistema de andaime de fragmento variável de cadeia única e uma segunda citocina, onde a segunda citocina é ligada na região de articulação do scFv. A presente invenção refere-se também aos métodos de utilização da composição proteica de fusão de citocina dupla para tratamento de câncer, doenças ou distúrbios inflamatórios, e doenças ou distúrbios imunes e mediados imunes.
