SOLUÇÃO DE PRESERVAÇÃO E/OU PERFUSÃO DE ÓRGÃOS.A albumina sérica é uma molécula importante no sangue humano e animal. Ela provê pressão oncótica e atua como um agente de transporte, distribuindo nutrientes do sangue para o tecido e removendo produtos residuais do tecido para o sangue. Esta invenção descreve uma solução de preservação e/ou perfusão de órgãos que compreende albumina sérica acetilada, bem como o método de preparação e uso de tal solução e usos da própria albumina sérica acetilada. A albumina sérica acetilada utilizada na presente invenção pode proteger o endotélio vascular durante a perfusão de um órgão ou tecido isolado.
