Os confeitos contínuos de gordura têm um alto teor de fibra dietária insolúvel e não incluem álcoois de açúcar. Os confeitos contínuos de gordura têm uma textura lisa e contínua semelhante a um creme e têm um teor reduzido de gordura/calorias, fornecendo aos consumidores propriedades organolépticas e de sabor desejáveis e, também, satisfazendo os atuais consumidores preocupados com a saúde.
