Abstract

ELICITADORES DE DEFESA DE PATÓGENO DE PLANTA. A invenção refere-se a usos e métodos que empregam ácido celobiônico ou um sal fitofarmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo como elicitador de defesa de patógeno de planta. Também são providas composições fitofarmacêuticas que compreendem ácido celobiônico ou um sal fitofarmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, e aplicações das mesmas. Em certas modalidades preferenciais, as composições podem adicionalmente compreender outra celodextrina oxidada (ou celodextrinas oxidadas) ou podem compreender celodextrinas oxidadas e celodextrinas nativas. Em certas modalidades preferenciais, as composições podem ser produzidas por decomposição de celulose por uma ou mais mono-oxigenases polissacarídicas líticas (LPMO).
