Abstract
SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA ANÁLISE DE UMA AMOSTRA BIOLÓGICA. A presente divulgação fornece métodos e sistemas para a identificação de ácido nucleico. A identificação de uma molécula de ácido nucleico pode incluir gerar, em uma pluralidade de câmaras, uma pluralidade de moléculas de ácido nucleico de fita dupla, desnaturar as moléculas de ácido nucleico de fita dupla e detectar sinais da desnaturação para gerar um ou mais perfis de desnaturação. Um ou mais perfis de desnaturação podem ser usados para identificar moléculas de ácido nucleico. Os métodos e o sistema descritos no presente documento podem fornecer a identificação de múltiplas moléculas de ácido nucleico a partir de uma única análise.
