Abstract

PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE TENSOATIVO. Um processo enzimático para a preparação de alquil poliglicosídeos C16 e/ou alquil poliglicosídeos C18 ao reagir alquil glicosídeo C16 e/ou alquil glicosídeo C18 com um doador de glicosila que contém resíduos de monossacarídeos para formar um intermediário de alquil poliglicosídeo que pode ser fracionado para formar um produto de alquil poliglicosídeo, em que o grau médio molar de polimerização (DP médio) das cadeias de glicosídeo é maior ou igual a 3,0 unidades e a concentração molar de alquil triglicosídeo (DP3) é maior que alquil monoglicosídeo (DP1). O produto de alquil poliglicosídeo C16/C18 é particularmente útil em formulações de cuidados com a saúde, especificamente em combinação com e/ou como solubilizante para APIs.
