Abstract
ANTICORPOS BTLA. A presente invenção refere-se, de modo geral, a anticorpos que se ligam ao atenuador de linfócitos B e T (BTLA) humano e usos dos mesmos. Mais especificamente, a invenção se refere a anticorpos agonistas que se ligam ao BTLA humano e modulam sua atividade, e seu uso no tratamento de doenças e distúrbios inflamatórios, autoimunes e proliferativos. Adequadamente, os anticorpos também apresentam uma modificação no Fc que melhora a sinalização através de Fc?R2B.
