Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO DE GLACÊ ALIMENTÍCIO. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição de revestimento de glacê alimentício. A invenção também se refere a métodos para fabricar composições de revestimento de glacê alimentício, método para cobrir com glacê produtos alimentícios e produtos alimentícios com glacê. A presente invenção fornece uma composição de revestimento de glacê alimentício que é isenta de ovo, sem laticínios e sem proteína (não alergênica) e pronta para uso para produtos alimentícios, tais como produtos de panificação, e que têm funcionalidades desejáveis.
