Abstract
MICROCÁPSULAS DE POLISSACARÍDEO DE (MET)ACRILATO MULTIFUNCIONAL. A invenção descreve uma microcápsula de invólucro de núcleo em que o invólucro da cápsula é um copolímero interfacial formado por um radical livre de polissacarídeo modificado reticulado com um (met)acrilato multifuncional. O polissacarídeo é hidrofobicamente modificado com um aduto contendo pelo menos uma ligação insaturada. A modificação confere caráter hidrofóbico ao polissacarídeo para agir como um emulsificante, conduzindo o polissacarídeo modificado a uma interface de óleo-água de uma emulsão de encapsulamento descrita, e cria um sítio de ligação ativo para polimerização por radicais livres entre o polissacarídeo e o (met)acrilato multifuncional, formando assim um invólucro de microcápsula envolvendo o material do núcleo.
