Abstract

SOLUÇÃO HIPEROSMOLAR COMBINADA PARA INFUSÃO. A invenção refere-se ao campo da medicina, especificamente a medicamentos parenterais hiperosmolares na forma de dosagem de soluções para infusão. Uma solução para infusão hiperosmolar combinada contém poliol, cloreto de sódio, cloreto de potássio, cloreto de cálcio, cloreto de magnésio, lactato de sódio e água para preparações injetáveis. A solução reivindicada é eficaz para o tratamento da microcirculação e distúrbios circulatórios periféricos, tem início de ação alcalinizante mais rápido, risco reduzido de overdose de íons lactato e tem efeito reológico, desintoxicante e anti-choque.
