MÉTODOS PARA DEGRADAR UMA RESINA EPÓXI E PARA RECICLAR UM MATERIAL COMPÓSITO, E, USO DE UMA GLUTATIONA S-TRANSFERASE. Provido é um método para degradar resinas epóxi pela rota enzimática, em particular adicionando uma resina epóxi em um solvente seguido pelo tratamento com uma glutationa S-transferase. Um método para reciclar um material compósito compreendendo resina epóxi assim como o uso de glutationa S-transferase e eventualmente para-hidroxibenzoato hidroxilase para degradar resinas epóxi são também providos.
