DISPOSITIVOS DE ARRANJO DE AGULHAS E MÉTODOS RELACIONADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de tratamento de acne, suor excessivo, cabelo indesejado, e/ou vasos sanguíneos indesejados. O método pode incluir provimento de um arranjo de agulhas compreendendo uma pluralidade de agulhas; inserção de pluralidade de agulhas em uma derme de uma área de tratamento; detecção de uma localização de uma glândula sebácea aumentada; e energização de uma ou mais da pluralidade de agulhas para tratar glândulas sebáceas, uma ou mais glândulas sudoríparas, legiões vasculares, folículos de cabelo indesejados e/ou vasos sanguíneos indesejados.
