Abstract
REVESTIMENTO CONFORMAL DE CÉLULAS PARA IMUNOISOLAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos hidrodinâmicos para revestir de maneira conformal as células de tamanho não uniforme e aglomerados de células com biomateriais para implantação, evitando assim rejeição imune ou inflamação ou destruição autoimune, embora preservando funcionalidade celular. São ainda descritos reagentes, aparelho e métodos para revestir de maneira conformal células e aglomerados de células com hidrogéis que são biocompatíveis, mecanicamente e quimicamente estáveis e porosos, com um tamanho de corte de poro apropriado.
