PROTEÍNAS DE NÚCLEO DE MININUCLEOSSOMA MODIFICADAS E USO EM DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO. A presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos relacionados a proteínas de núcleo de mininucleossoma modificadas e/ou distribuição de ácidos nucleicos. Em particular, a presente divulgação inclui, entre outros, veículos proteicos não virais para distribuição de ácidos nucleicos. Em várias modalidades, os veículos proteicos não virais fornecidos no presente documento incluem (a) um domínio de ligação de ácido nucleico; (b) um domínio de alvejamento; (c) um domínio de liberação de ácido nucleico; e, opcionalmente, (d) outros domínios, incluindo, por exemplo, um ou mais dentre um domínio de estabilidade, um domínio de oligomerização e/ou um domínio de ligante. Em várias modalidades, os veículos proteicos incluem um ou mais resíduos modificados.
