Abstract
CIRCUITO TRANSISTORIZADO COM FONTE E DRENO ASSIMÉTRICOS. A capacitância parasítica de um transistor pode ser reduzida por descasamento da fonte e do dreno. Transistores de contagem de dedo baixo mais rápidos podem ser obtidos com capacitância de dreno mais baixa e um ganho de frequência no inversor D1 como descrito para os exemplos da presente invenção. Em tal exemplo, um transistor inclui uma fonte e um dreno em que um comprimento da fonte é maior que um comprimento do dreno, uma largura da fonte é maior que uma largura do dreno ou uma altura da fonte é maior que uma altura do dreno.
