Abstract
APLICAÇÃO TÓPICA DE MOLÉCULAS POLINUCLEOTÍDICAS PARA MELHORAR TRAÇOS DE RENDIMENTO DE PLANTAS. Composição, incluindo: (i) uma molécula de dsRNA de pelo menos 18 nucleotídeos contíguos que são essencialmente idênticos ou essencialmente complementares a um gene vegetal ou uma transcrição do referido gene vegetal; e (ii) um agente de transferência que condiciona uma superfície de uma planta à permeação pela molécula de dsRNA em células da planta; em que a permeação da molécula de dsRNA em células da planta causa uma redução transitória na expressão do gene e em que a redução transitória na expressão do gene causa uma mudança em um traço associado ao rendimento da planta.
