Abstract
MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UM SUPORTE PARA IMITAÇÃO DE COURO À BASE DE POLIURETANO E MÉTODOSDE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA IMITAÇÃO DE COURO.Um método de produção de um suporte (5) para imitação de couro à base de poliuretano livre de dimetilformamida (DMFa) ou outros solventes ou água, compreende as etapas de:- preparar uma base (1,1);- pulverizar distribuindo uma camada de poliuretano (11) na base (1,1); esta etapa envolve: preparar um componente (A) e um componente (B) do poliuretano (11); combinar os dois componentes (A, B) para obter uma mistura; pulverizar distribuindo a mistura uniformemente na base (1,1) formando a camada de poliuretano (11); - aplicar uma proteção (12) sobre a camada de poliuretano (11) formando um suporte (5);- secar o suporte (5).
