MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA PROCESSAR DADOS DE VÍDEO, E, MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO E DE GRAVAÇÃO LEGÍVEL POR COMPUTADOR NÃO TRANSITÓRIO.Métodos, aparelhos e sistemas para processar vídeo são descritos. Um método de exemplo inclui realizar uma conversão entre uma unidade de vídeo de um vídeo e um fluxo contínuo de bits do vídeo, em que o fluxo contínuo de bits está em conformidade com uma regra de formato e em que a regra de formato especifica que um elemento de sintaxe, que indica se uma operação de filtragem em laço será realizada através dos contornos de fatias, está incluído seletivamente no fluxo contínuo de bits em resposta a se ou como a unidade de vídeo será particionada em fatias.
