Abstract
PURIFICAÇÃO DE SACARÍDEOS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de purificação de polissacarídeos bacterianos, em particular para remover impurezas de lisados celulares de bactérias produtoras de polissacarídeos, compreendendo: a) hidrólise ácida; b) uma primeira ultrafiltração/diafiltração-(UFDF-1); b) filtração através de carvão; c) cromatografia; e d) uma segunda ultrafiltração/diafiltração-(UFDF-2).
