Abstract
MÉTODOS, SISTEMAS E COMPOSIÇÕES UTILIZANDO ALDEÍDO PARA INIBIÇÃO DA MELANOSE. São divulgados métodos e sistemas para inibir a melanose. Os métodos compreendem a etapa de colocar um objeto suscetível à melanose, como um crustáceo ou um vegetal, em um recipiente ou invólucro que pode ser fechado e expor o objeto ao aldeído. Em outro aspecto, são divulgados artigos antimelanósicos e composições poliméricas que incorporam chá (preferencialmente chá verde), matcha ou galato de epigalocatequina (EGCG) que funcionam como agentes antimelanósicos liberando aldeído.
