Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO LIPÍDICA E USO DA MESMA PARA ENTREGA DE UM AGENTE TERAPEUTICAMENTE ATIVO AO ENDOTÉLIO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição compreendendo uma composição lipídica, um ácido tricarboxílico e uma molécula de ácido nucleico, em que a composição lipídica compreende um lipídio catiônico, um lipídio neutro e um lipídio de proteção, em que um excesso de carga positiva decorrente de um número maior de cargas positivas fornecidas pelas moléculas lipídicas catiônicas na composição em comparação com o menor número de cargas negativas fornecidas pelas moléculas de ácido nucleico na composição é compensado pelas cargas fornecidas pelo ácido tricarboxílico; e métodos de uso de tal composição.
