Abstract
ANTICORPOS ANTI-MDR1 E USOS DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção revela anticorpos que visam a bomba de efluxo celular MDR1. Também são revelados composições farmacêuticas, ácidos nucleicos, vetores de expressão recombinantes, células e kits que incluem ou codificam tais anticorpos. Também são descritos métodos de utilização dos anticorpos para detectar a presença ou ausência de expressão de MDR1 em células, por exemplo, células tumorais, nível de expressão de MDR1 e/ou função de inibição de MDR1. Além disso, são revelados anticorpos multiespecíficos que se ligam à MDR1 e um antígeno associado a tumor. Também são revelados métodos para tratar um indivíduo para um câncer que incluem administrar ao indivíduo um anticorpo anti-MDR1 conforme descrito aqui ou um anticorpo multiespecífico que visa tanto o MDR1 quanto um antígeno associado a tumor.
