Abstract

VESTIMENTA PARA FERIDA COM PRESSÃO NEGATIVA. Uma vestimenta para terapia de ferida por pressão negativa inclui uma camada absorvente compreendendo um material absorvente gelificante para a absorção de exsudato, uma camada de contato com a pele com adesivo periférico compreendendo um adesivo hidrocoloide e definindo uma janela através da qual a camada absorvente é capaz de contatar uma ferida, e uma camada de revestimento que é impermeável a água e permeável ao ar. A camada de revestimento define uma abertura para ser usada com um conjunto de bomba para prover uma pressão negativa junto ao local com a ferida.
