A invenção se refere ainda a um processo para preparar a composição nutricional e o processo compreende a misturação dos oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos com o ao menos um outro ingrediente nutricional diferente dos oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos, e caracterizado por os oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos estarem sob a forma de pó ou líquido.
