A presente invenção refere-se a composição de cuidado bucal compreendendo um sal de zinco tendo uma solubilidade em água superior a 3,0 x 104 mg/L a 25 °C, um composto de isopropilmetilfenol, um derivado de glicirrizina e água, bem como seu uso em cuidado bucal, em particular para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de formação de placa dentária, formação de cáries, formação de cálculos, halitose, gengivite, periodontite, mucosite peri-implantar e/ou peri-implantite.
