Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE POLÍMERO LÍQUIDO E SISTEMAS PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PROLONGADA DE PEPTÍDEOS COMO INGREDIENTES FARMACÊUTICOS ATIVOS. A presente invenção refere-se às composições farmacêuticas de polímero líquido com um polímero líquido biodegradável, um solvente biocompatível ou combinação ou mistura de solventes e/ou cossolventes e um agente farmacêutico ativo compreendendo um peptídeo são úteis para fornecer liberação prolongada do medicamento a um sujeito e /ou para melhorar a estabilidade do agente farmacêutico ativo. Em modalidades, o polímero pode ser iniciado com um polietilenoglicol de baixo peso molecular e/ou pode ser um copolímero em bloco compreendendo um bloco de polietilenoglicol de baixo peso molecular. Em outras modalidades, a composição farmacêutica de polímero líquido pode incluir um cátion bivalente, que pode ser fornecido na forma de um sal metálico.
