Abstract
TRANSFORMADOR E DISPOSITIVO CONFIGURADOS PARA FORNECER UMA FONTE DE ENERGIA LIMITADORA DE CORRENTE E UMA BARREIRA GALVÂNICA. De acordo com uma ou mais modalidades, a invenção fornece um dispositivo limitador de corrente. O dispositivo limitador de corrente inclui um transformador que compreende: um enrolamento primário configurado para aceitar uma corrente de entrada, um núcleo eletromagneticamente acoplado ao enrolamento primário e um enrolamento secundário eletromagneticamente acoplado ao núcleo. O enrolamento secundário é configurado para fornecer uma fonte de energia limitadora de corrente com base na corrente de entrada, sendo que a fonte de energia limitadora de corrente é limitada a uma corrente máxima predeterminada com base em ao menos uma característica do núcleo.
