Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEOS MODULADORES DE CÉLULA T, ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, MÉTODO PARA MODULAR SELETIVAMENTE A ATIVIDADE DE CÉLULAS T ESPECÍFICAS E USO. A presente divulgação se refere a polipeptídeos moduladores de célula T (TMPs) que compreendem um polipeptídeo imunomodulador, polipeptídeos HLA de classe ! (um polipeptídeo de cadeia pesada HLA de classe ! e um polipeptídeo B2 microglobulina) e um peptídeo KRAS (por exemplo, um peptídeo KRAS que compreende uma mutação associada a câncer) que apresenta um epítopo a um receptor de célula T. Um TMP é útil para modular a atividade de uma célula T e para modular uma resposta imunológica em um indivíduo.
