Abstract
ACOPLADOR ANASTOMÓTICO.A presente invenção refere-se a acoplador anastomótico. Um anel forma uma abertura operável para receber uma estrutura tubular. O anel pode incluir uma pluralidade de partes de recebimento. Um dispositivo de fixação inclui um alojamento e um cartucho. O cartucho inclui uma pluralidade de fixadores, e o alojamento é operável para receber a estrutura tubular de modo que o cartucho seja inserido em um lúmen da estrutura tubular. O anel é alinhado com o cartucho de modo que as partes de recebimento sejam alinhadas com os fixadores. Após a atuação do dispositivo de fixação, os fixadores perfuram a estrutura tubular radialmente para fora do lúmen e são recebidos pelas partes de recebimento de modo que a estrutura tubular seja acoplada ao anel.
