SISTEMA DE LIQUEFAÇÃO CONTÍNUA E FILTRAGEM E MÉTODO DE PROCESSAR RESÍDUOS PLÁSTICOS SÓLIDOS.Um sistema de liquefação contínua e filtragem (100) tem um primeiro dispositivo (102) configurado para fundir e filtrar material de resíduos plásticos sólidos. Um segundo dispositivo (104) está em comunicação com o primeiro dispositivo (102) e configurado para fundir material de resíduos plásticos sólidos. Um sistema de alimentação (106) é configurado para alimentar o material de resíduos plásticos ao primeiro dispositivo (102). Uma unidade de vácuo (152) está em comunicação com o primeiro dispositivo (102) e o segundo dispositivo (104). A unidade de vácuo (152) é configurada para controlar um nível de pressão dentro do sistema (100). Um método (200) de processamento de resíduos plásticos sólidos incluindo as etapas de fornecer o sistema (100) e resíduos plásticos sólidos; inserir o resíduos plásticos sólidos no primeiro dispositivo (102); aquecer o material de resíduos plásticos sólidos; extrair o plástico fundido com um dos extratores (126); enviar uma porção do plástico fundido ao segundo dispositivo (104) e recircular outra porção no primeiro dispositivo (102); e extrair os polímeros fundidos.
