Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA DE CHIDAMIDA, PREPARAÇÃO DE CHIDAMIDA, USOS DA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA. Uma composição farmacêutica de chidamida, um método de preparação para a mesma e uma aplicação da mesma. A composição farmacêutica compreende chidamida e um excipiente entérico farmaceuticamente aceitável que serve como veículo. Na composição farmacêutica, a chidamida é usada como molécula hóspede e o excipiente entérico farmaceuticamente aceitável é usado como molécula transportadora. Testes farmacocinéticos orais em animais provam que a biodisponibilidade da composição compreendendo chidamida e o excipiente entérico farmaceuticamente aceitável é grandemente melhorada, enquanto as reações adversas causadas pelo fármaco no trato gastrointestinal são reduzidas; além disso, a dosagem pode ser reduzida mantendo o efeito curativo, tendo assim um significado clínico mais importante do que os comprimidos de chidamida comercialmente disponíveis.
