Abstract
PRÓTESE VASCULAR. A invenção diz respeito a uma prótese vascular (10; 100) para um vaso sanguíneo de um paciente, compreendendo o seguinte: uma parte principal cilíndrica oca (11) incluindo um material protético (12), e tendo um eixo longitudinal (L) e uma armação de stent (13), a parte principal (11) tendo uma abertura proximal (14a) e distal (15a) em uma extremidade proximal (14) e distal (15), respectivamente. A prótese vascular (10; 100) pelo menos em uma extremidade (14, 15), compreende um primeiro anel de stent terminal (22) conectado ao material protético (12). Pelo menos um elemento de rosca (30; 30a, 30b) é preso à prótese vascular (10; 100), o pelo menos um elemento de rosca (30; 30a; 30b) reduzindo o diâmetro da respectiva abertura distal ou proximal quando puxado.
