Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES MEDICINAIS ESTÁVEIS DE CANABIDIOL.Uma composição de canabidiol medicinal estável para uso em administração oral, a composição compreendendo canabidiol sintético (CBD) tendo uma pureza de pelo menos 99,8%, preferencialmente pelo menos 99,9%, juntamente com beta-cariofileno (BCP) que funciona como solvente e antioxidante nas composições atuais. As composições contêm ainda pelo menos um solvente lipofílico adicional (por exemplo, triglicerídeos de cadeia média (MCT) e óleo de coco) e pelo menos um antioxidante adicional (por exemplo, alfa tocoferol (vitamina E)). A composição é substancialmente livre de outros canabinóides, terpenos, solventes e ingredientes farmaceuticamente ativos. Também são divulgados métodos de produção e estabilização de CBD em uma composição oral.
