Mais especificamente, a presente revelação se refere a uma microcápsula de probiótico que compreende uma cápsula de estase de probiótico, um veículo rico em nutrientes e uma camada de barreira protetora. Os probióticos microencapsulados conforme descrito são úteis para inclusão em produtos destinados ao consumidor e produtos para tratamento de pele.
