Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO DE POSICIONAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de posicionamento (1) que compreende uma parte distal (8) que é adaptada para ser liberada através de um defeito, de preferência, uma abertura em um septo ventricular ou atrial. Ele compreende um mecanismo para expandir seletivamente a parte distal (8), de modo que antes da expansão, ela pode ser desdobrada através do dito defeito e, ao expandir, é impedida mecanicamente de ser retraída pelo mesmo defeito. Assim, o dispositivo de posicionamento (1) é engatado temporariamente no local do defeito.
