Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA DETECÇÃO DE CÂNCERES HEREDITÁRIOS.A revelação refere-se a um painel de predisposição de câncer por herança genética utilizando sequenciamento de próxima geração baseado em captura direcionada - o painel incorpora genes subjacentes a síndromes de câncer bem caracterizadas e aquelas associadas ao aumento do risco de câncer. A revelação refere-se ainda a métodos de utilização do painel de predisposição de câncer por herança genética para determinar uma avaliação de risco de câncer para indivíduos com cânceres hereditários e/ou síndromes de câncer.
