Abstract
BEBIDA FORTIFICADA COM BISGLICINATO FERROSO. A presente invenção refere-se, de modo geral, ao campo de bebidas. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se ao campo de bebidas fortificadas com ferro. Por exemplo, foi observado que a fortificação de ferro com bisglicinato ferroso em uma bebida de cor vermelha à base de vegetal com um pH na faixa de 3,5 a 4,0 leva a um aumento da estabilidade de cor e a um melhor sabor da bebida em comparação a outros compostos comumente usados para fortificar bebidas com ferro.
