COMPOSIÇÃO DE EMULSÃO ÁGUA EM ÓLEO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO DE EMULSÃO ÁGUA EM ÓLEO E COMPOSIÇÃO DE LIMPEZA.A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de emulsão água em óleo que fornece uma entrega melhorada de um agente benéfico para a pele solúvel em água. A invenção refere-se mais especificamente a uma composição para lavagem, por exemplo, para lavar o cabelo, corpo, mãos ou rosto, que geralmente contém tensoativos aniônicos e fornece ainda uma liberação aprimorada de tais agentes. A invenção atinge esse objetivo entregando os ativos por meio de uma emulsão água em óleo específica. A emulsão água em óleo compreende uma fase hidrofóbica, preferencialmente petrolato, sendo os emulsionantes preferidos os tensoativos não iônicos com um intervalo HLB especificado.
