Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES E MÉTODOS PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO SUBCUTÂNEA DE IMUNOTERAPIA DE CÂNCER. A presente invenção fornece composições, métodos e regimes de tratamento para o tratamento de câncer compreendendo a administração subcutânea periódica da proteína de fusão de SEQ ID NO: 1 a um paciente com câncer resultando em ativação intensificada de células T CD8+ com efeitos mínimos na expansão de células T reguladoras (Treg) e fornecer eficácia anti-tumoral melhorada ao mesmo tempo que mitiga a inativação/exaustão de células T.
