Abstract
SOLUÇÃO DE LIMPEZA NÃO PERIGOSA E PROCESSO PARA LIMPEZA DE AGULHAS ENEGRECIDAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma solução/um processo de limpeza não perigoso que foi desenvolvido para remover resíduos de óxido das superfícies de agulhas enegrecidas. Baixas concentrações de soluções de ácido cítrico são misturadas com agulhas enegrecidas e tratadas em um tanque ultrassônico durante um curto período de tempo (<5 minutos). Os resíduos de óxido são substancialmente removidos. Surpreendentemente e inesperadamente, o desempenho de penetração das agulhas limpas é muito aprimorado em até 50% em relação às outras soluções de limpeza testadas.
