MÉTODO DE CODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO E APARELHO USANDO CONJUNTO DE PARÂMETROS ADAPTATIVOS. Um método de decodificação de vídeo e aparelho de acordo com a presente divulgação podem obter um coeficiente de transformação de um bloco atual, realizar quantização inversa no coeficiente de transformação com base em um parâmetro relacionado a quantização de um parâmetro adaptativo definido para obter um coeficiente de transformação quantizado inversamente, e restaurar um bloco residual do bloco atual com base no coeficiente de transformação quantizado inversamente.
