Abstract
USO DE PARTÍCULAS DE LACTOSE NA PRODUÇÃO DE FORMULAÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS POR IMPRESSÃO TRIDIMENSIONAL, KIT, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA FORMULAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA SÓLIDA POR IMPRESSÃO TRIDIMENSIONAL. Trata-se da impressão 3D de formulações farmacêuticas, tais como comprimidos, em que um líquido aglutinante é depositado gota a gota sobre uma camada de pó, com essas etapas sendo repetidas, em um ou mais padrões, a fim de gerar um produto de fármaco sólido. De acordo com a invenção, o pó compreende partículas de lactose com uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula caracterizada por um D10 de pelo menos 6 µm.
