Abstract
MÉTODO PARA EXPANSÃO DE CÉLULAS-TRONCO ADULTAS DO SANGUE TOTAL. Método para expandir células-tronco adultas a partir do sangue, compreendendo o crescimento e a desprogramação das células-tronco adultas de uma amostra de sangue, por meio de tratamento in vitro da amostra de sangue com um produto derivado de sangue à base de PRP que inclui MCSF autólogo obtido por lise de plaquetas em uma porção da mesma amostra de sangue autóloga.
